Dear God,

I want to thank You for giving me a better plan for my life.  I count Your Grace and Mercy as a blessing.  I magnify You in every area of my life.

I will not quench or grieve the Spirit that gives me my life and purpose.  I live because He lives in me.  I must decrease
. . .  Please help me!  Please!

I sense the urgency that the first century Church felt.  I want to be on one accord with that Church that has continued in the hearts of those who worship You in spirit and truth.  I am committed to fulfill what is right.  Jesus said suffer it to be so now so that all righteousness is fulfilled.  I agree.  I am grateful that Your Son did fulfill all righteousness.

This is good, good news!  It is the only reason why I can do all things through Christ - because He did it!  I follow closely after His shadow; I walk behind His steps to continue the work.

Father, the word of Your precious promises mean more to me than the broken promises of man, the faux "American dream," or in trying to find "heaven on earth" in any form.

 And since I have to be here 24 hours a day I may as well make the best of my time here.  Renew my mind with Truth.  Cause me to think on those things that make hearts ~rejoice~rejoice~rejoice~  Worship, songs, hymns, prayers, facilitate this.

My slice of life remains simple and blessed.  I must pack light as I travel to the Promised Land and sojourn on this temporal landscape.  I am grateful that I do not have to do this on my own, alone.

My work is a work of faith to believe and to overcome unbelief.  To "eat" and not to eat the doctrine of the devil.  To be "hot" and not to be, cold and lukewarm.

I think on these things...my heart's prayer is to You.

Amen

IT'S TIME TO CALL A SPADE A SPADE

NEW WORLD ORDER

principalities
Psalm 55:20,21 - He has put forth his hands against those who were at peace with him; he has broken his covenant.  The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, But war was in his heart; His words were softer than oil, Yet they were drawn swords;

Psalm 115:4,5,6,7,8 - Their idols are silver and gold, The work of men's hands. They have mouths, but they do not speak; Eyes they have, but they do not see; They have ears, but they do not hear; Noses they have, but they do not smell; They have hands, but they do not handle; Feet they have, but they do not walk; Nor do they mutter through their throat. Those who make them are like them; So is everyone who trusts in them;

Psalm 5:9 - For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; Their inward part is destruction; Their throat is an open tomb; They flatter with their tongue;

powers
Psalm 83:2,3,5 - For behold, Your enemies make a tumult; And those who hate You have lifted up their head.  They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, And consulted together against Your sheltered ones...For they have consulted together with one consent; They form a confederacy against You;

Psalm 140:1,2,5 - Deliver me, O Lord, from evil men; Preserve me from violent men, Who plan evil things in their hearts; They continually gather together for war...The proud have hidden a snare for me, and cords; They have spread a net by the wayside; They have set traps for me;

Psalm 35:15,20 - But in my adversity they rejoiced And gathered together; Attackers gathered against me, And I did not know it; They tore at me and did not cease...For they do not speak peace, But they devise deceitful matters Against the quiet ones in the land;

rulers of the darkness
Psalm 94:5,6,20,21 - They break in pieces Your people, O Lord, And afflict Your heritage.  They slay the widow and the stranger, And murder the fatherless...Shall the throne of iniquity, which devises evil by law, Have fellowship with You? They gather together against the life of the righteous, And condemn innocent blood;

Psalm 2:1,2 - Why do the nations rage, And the people plot a vain thing?  The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the Lord and against His Anointed ;

Psalm 10:3,4,5,8,9,10 - For the wicked boasts of his heart's desire; He blesses the greedy and renounces the Lord. The wicked in his proud countenance does not seek God; God is in none of his thoughts.  His ways are always prospering; Your judgments are far above, out of his sight; As for all his enemies, he sneers at them...He sits in the lurking places of the villages; In the secret places he murders the innocent; His eyes are secretly fixed on the helpless. He lies in wait secretly, as a lion in his den; He lies in wait to catch the poor; He catches the poor when he draws him into his net. So he crouches, he lies low, That the helpless may fall by his strength;

spiritual hosts of wickedness
Psalm 106:34,35,36,37,38,39 - They did not destroy the peoples, Concerning whom the Lord had commanded them, But they mingled with the Gentiles And learned their works; They served their idols, Which became a snare to them. They even sacrificed their sons And their daughters to demons, And shed innocent blood, The blood of their sons and daughters, Whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan; And the land was polluted with blood.  Thus they were defiled by their own works, And played the harlot by their own deeds;

Psalm 38: 12,19 - Those also who seek my life lay snares for me; Those who seek my hurt speak of destruction, And plan deception all the day long...But my enemies are vigorous, and they are strong; And those who hate me wrongfully have multiplied;

Psalm 7:14 - Behold, the wicked brings forth iniquity; Yes, he conceives trouble and brings forth falsehood

King Saul represents that authority mentioned above.  He had all rule over the people.  He had full use of the armies for his purposes.  He had expendable access to the lands resources.  No one challenged his actions.  Instigated fear was perpetrated without empathy.  The Bible describes this particular government to come more perfectly in I Samuel.

I Samuel 8:11-17 , "And he said, 'This will be the behavior of the king who will reign over you: He will take your sons and appoint them over his own chariots and to be his horsemen, and some will run before his chariots.  He will appoint captains over his thousands and captains over his fifties, will set some to plow his ground and keep his harvest, and some to make his weapons of war and equipment for his chariots.  He will take your daughters to be perfumers, cooks, and bakers.  And he will take the best of your fields, your vineyards, and your olive groves, and give them to his servants.  He will take the tenth of your grain and your vintage, and give it to his officers and servants. And he will take your male servants, your female servants, your finest young men, and your donkeys, and put them to his work.  He will take a tenth of your sheep.  And you will be his servants'."  Oh,  did I mention that all they manage to do well is TAKE!

David represents the little flock of God, the Church, the Body of Christ, the true Believers (I say it this way so that those who are trusting only in their church membership and religion must either take heed to examine if they are really in the faith or may have to, sadly, exclude themselves as "foolish virgins" because the way is uncompromisingly narrow).  The one hundred and fifty psalms inspired by the Holy Spirit tells an awesome story.  It is not only David's story, or prophecy regarding the Messiah.  David saw beyond into this present age.  David was a man who experienced the trials that await us today.  He wrote about what it felt like to be persecuted by the hands of king Saul.  David managed to survive his anguish during his time of terrible tribulation.  If you read closely, you find that his emotions are all over the place; he's hopeful, joyous, fearful, vengeful, hurt, sad, and then hopeful all over again.  Especially when he imagines a 'better day' coming.  But what about us.  There is a future day coming in our lifetime when Christians will feel terror, not from without, but from within.  The system that you think is there to serve you, will soon become your master.  Don't believe me...

Two Kingdoms Come

I recently discovered something uncanny that I would like to share:

  The Holy Bible is really the tale of two kingdoms.  On the one end, Satan began building his kingdom in the Garden of Eden.  Then, at some specified point, God usurped power from Satan's kingdom when Christ came and laid the foundation for another kingdom.  Think of it as a regime change.  That is why you hear of Jesus saying, "Thy kingdom come".  He taught his disciples that this was indeed the case, the case of two direct kingdoms.

Also, if you noticed, there is always an opposite, always a flip side, always the other side of the coin in the Bible.  Seems to always contradict itself.  People who read it see the contrary messages and tend to reject it completely as a farce.  Concluding that when God spoke of sin, or judgements, etc that somehow He did not love with the perfect love that He proclaimed to hold.  As a result, FEAR of God, His reputation for wrathful slurs more than likely scares the masses.  They scowl at His message in reaction, dismissive of it.

"I could never serve a God who would do such things." they say.  "God is supposed to be about love."

But you see, there are two kingdoms and they are at WAR.   In fact, there is no mystery to Satan's kingdom--it is pure evil, filled with darkness.  It totally opposes God's kingdom and God's kingdom opposes his.The Bible's descriptions of anger and wrath are fully targeted at His ENEMY.  When God talks about sins, abominations, and trespasses, this describes how the devil governs.  He is merely stating facts on the ground, as He sees them unfolding.  Remember God sits high and looks down on the earth, not with scorn for scorn's sake; it's just that God knows there used to be a Garden, a beautiful garden and now it has thorns! Being the Husbandman that He is, God will certainly fix it.  You understand.
If you are discerning enough, you know that you will NEVER find love, joy, peace, longsuffering, meekness, goodness, temperance, gentleness, or faith in Satan's kingdom.  If you cannot see these attributes within our society, then it's not the real deal.  So what if someone is highly devoted, prays three times a day, reads, studies, fasts, gives their body to be burned for a cause. . . Even if they prophesy, teach, gives richly, are high-ranking members of society, they cloak, they veil, they falsify.

Do not be fooled, this evil even extends into our municipalities, our schools, our laws, our customs, our families, our churches, etc.  It is a very intricate web that has been woven.  But Christ . . .

Now when Jesus prayed, "Thy kingdom come,"  he was referring to God's holy kingdom and being enlighted on how to enter it.  He gave us a choice.  That is where the contradictions lie most; because every person gets to choose which path soever he wants.  One path being quite narrow and the other quite broad.  Who wants to feed on simply manna when they can have "meats for the belly and the belly for meats".  Only a precious few.  And believe it or not, Jesus didn't come to condemn us for making either choice.

Jesus brought the light, that's all, shining forth in this present darkness.  He lights the way for all who would rather defect from the rule of Satan.  Satan wanted his kingdom to be pure,  filled with only darkness, blasphemy, immorality, hate, fear, poverty, war, turmoil, confusion, apostacy, and the like. But the "light" spoils this goal.  Jesus Christ has made it so that he has to expend much energy and tools against the children of the light, perfecting the Art of War.  Just imagine someone who is adamant (ocd) about turning out the lights in the house, yet others in the house are innocently noncompliant to his obsession.  Well, God's people are like Christmas lights!  It drives him craaaaaaaazzzy!

  You want to know why?  Satan is running out of time!  And he knows it.  He needs to get everything set up and in place for him to make his debut.  He wants very badly to show his image, sit in the temple, and be worshipped as God by the whole world!  Yep.  The conditions are ripening for this to happen.  A fusion of sorts.  But it cannot be as pure as God's kingdom is HOLY if  these menacing children of Light are not swiftly dealt with!

To reiterate, Jesus is simply telling us what He sees; the prohets are telling what they saw in visions; the Bible is describing what is to come in futurity.  And God the Father is looking down on a kingdom that is dark.  He even says in His Word that darkness is as the light to Him, therefore Satan cannot hide his evil agenda.  Another reason why God had men write what they saw in the Spirit.

Every man should be wary that the marks are already set in place - a seal marks the Believers in Christ and an image will mark the influence on the children of disobedience, as they are called.  We do not have a lot of time left.  Satan knows his time is short.  He will be diligently coming after God's people in order to squeeze the LIFE, the TRUTH, out of him that we might lose our WAY.

Mimic God's Kingdom. . . yes. . .The saints are the last check on his list to set himself up to be worshipped in his kingdom just like the Jehovah God is worshipped in his kingdom in purity and holiness.  Except Satan wants evil and darkness; unholiness in its purest form.

We are literally on the last pages of the Book of Revelation.  And then back to the Beginning.  Please understand that the Beginning is the End! For we are becoming One (Tower of Bable).  the End is the Beginning! All the things of Once upon a time will unfold all over again.  Go figure . . . "all things become NEW."  The end game is God's counter (Defense) to Satan's trying to begin his reign without anonymity (Offense).  And of course, the trumpets are sounding, vials are being poured onto the earth as a purifying agent of God.

So, if you know for sure that you have received salvation through Christ and are kept by the seal  of the Holy Spirit for such a time as this, then you must look closely into the Law of Liberty which applies to Christ's Body.  We will soon reign with Him here on earth, so be prepared by studying line upon line, precept upon precept.  I know with so much speculation, including my own, it is difficult to learn how to relax!  He is coming for us, not against us.  He is coming with rewards and gifts and new names and glorified bodies, and unspeakable joy!  So REJOICE!!!!!! Be glad.

Are you aware of any of this? Can you see it?  Not yet?

Me Doth Protest the Protests

Why would i waste my time
Standing around downtown,
Clowning and stalking,
Gawking at what i cannot have.

Staring and glaring,
No one caring in the least
About my demise in these times
They call a recession.

Me, i, call it a lesson
Learn it, if you please;
You must know that
The world has grown colder.

It will not give you its shoulder
To cry on, smearing grief;
Don't cry, why cry
Why are you crying in the streets?

Life is more than what you "Occupy"
Right?  So honker down, reassess
The access that we really have as
Countrymen, patriots, citizens,

. . .Taxpayers, consumers
Our titles diminish in this "Free" society
Sort of like an unborn babe, i mean
Fetus, i mean embryo, okay zygote.

Being political is not my cup of tea,
i only desire to make a point to
Stop pointing at the Enemy because
His hatred is refined and bold as ever.

He will glare back licking his lips
Making his pick, pointing at you
Today you may be free to protest
But tomorrow . . .

So Much To Be Grateful For!

I am on a Quest
It is a serious quest.
It requires a request of myself.

In the passage of Time,
I find that time is a commodity
I cannot afford to lose.

However, woe is a Looming tide.
And I have not organized a thing.
As a matter of fact, I am unorganized.
Woefully, so.

Who will help me,
If I don't help myself,
To unravel the Unravelling,
Unravelling to no end?

There is still a little bit of time.
For I am still breathing.
Shallow Breaths, shallow life.
But still I am breathing.

Midnight will soon come,
Then I will have to give it all back.
It is Borrowed, you know--
Every gift, every sorrow.

I count it a Blessing,
Unearned and undeserved.
To wake up, to listen,
To even choose to lose.

I think I want to win
In the End.
I think it's awful hard work
To do so.

His Grace, His Mercy.
His Grace, His Mercy.
His Grace, His Mercy.
Is all I have in this World.

GOSH! IT'S WARM

It sure is warm for February. . .I'll bet the groundhog left for colder climates to beat this heatwave we're having.  I saw a flock of birds the other day that took flight, going South from the Midwest, only a few days ago!  What's really going on????????  Normal is as normal does.  Do you agree that this is not normal?  Anyhoo,  life is breezy, good.  I exalt God with my hands and heart lifted high!  How about you?  No matter what rut you may find yourself in, it's okay. Be watchful because you aint seen nothing yet.  Something's coming on the earth, and it's coming fast.  If you noticed, this past Thanksgiving meshed right into Christmas which was overshadowed by the New Year.  I don't even remember the  countdown to the New Year. Do you?  2012 is proving to be the real countdown. . .If you hear me, you know exactly what I am saying, right?  The End - 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...

REFLECTIONS+

Marriage

Everyone, just about, is talking about it now
Marriage.
I wish someone had talked to me about it years ago
Marriage , that is.
As a forwarding young woman contemplating "I do's"
I certainly could have benefited from sound advice
Regarding marriage. . .

Regarding my marriage.
I went into it without reading the "fine print"
My marriage, that is.
It is a contract, you know
Me?  I didn't know this
(about) My marriage. . .

My marriage happened.
With nay saying eyes as witnesses
 I'm told at the altar, "Til death!"
When?? (when) My marriage happened, that is.
If I could "I do" it all over again,
I would choose my first love
Regarding my marriage. . .

Now, Folks, the truth of the matter is that marriage is hard work for anyone.  I do not see why anyone in their right minds would delve into it as a matter of "rights".  My advice - tread lightly, weigh the costs.  I found out that marriage is more of a spiritual, than natural, right of passage.  That is what I believe the controversies in society mainly stem from today.

God's Word reveals a clear case that calls for all of our understanding.  Marriage is about Him, it is not about us.  It is not about sex or procreation even.  Truth be told - it is about order!  That's right!  keeping things on this earth in order.  God likes things to be decent and in order.  He is not an advocate of a lot of confusion, so He makes things plain for us to follow and understand them.

There are so many examples of this, here's a few:

  • Sun and moon
  • Day and night
  • Heaven and earth
  • Male and female
Scriptures support the notion of God preferring order after He gave mankind a charge to have dominion on the earth in that He left us to choose.  We chose confusion and chaos instead.  Something our Creator winked at for a long time before He decided we needed an "intervention", a.k.a. a flood, and set up laws at some point to show His original design and intent for mankind in comparison to what we were choosing for ourselves.

I don't need to bring up the (rhymes with "grey") matter at hand buzzing in our society today.  Because it doesn't matter as much as everybody seems to think.  What matters, then?  I can't say that I know all the answers, but I do know that His Word does have answers to legitimate questions.  It's just a matter of gaining understanding on all of our parts as citizens of the earth to HEAR what is being said.  The answers are not in bold print or flashing letters for our perusal.  We truly have to do a thorough search to find - truth.  And truth can sometimes turn out to be quite harsh, it seems.

In the book of Romans (Chapter 7) it talks about being married in Christ.  A guy named Matthew Henry made a comment on it long ago (similar to the blogs of today) saying that being brought into union with Christ is like being married to Another person.  And the reason that God lists all that "stuff" equated with sin is only because that is what or who we chose to become acquainted with in union; therefore, in marriage.  And when one chooses to marry another it is legally binding.

Only death can repeal it - sin.  This is why the body of Jesus Christ is so important.  His death legally divorces us from the "stuff" or sins we are forever bound to in this life (that 'ol ball and chain).  I certainly don't want to die in order to get out of a bad marriage, do you?  If Christ wanted to do it for you, I say let Him!!!

But guess what?  His offer to help was because He's "in love" with mankind.  Sooooooo the second marriage is to Christ for those who are willing to accept His proposal.  Hey, first marriages suck for most people anyway; and real love is so hard to find.

. . .Marriage - it's not about the gay or straight of it, at all.
